Description of Services

Therapeutic Swedish Massage:
Long gliding and deep kneading strokes are used to promote better circulation and reduce muscle tension.

Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage:
Focused, intentional, deep and direct pressure on specific muscles that are fatigued and/or abnormally contracted.

Pre/Post Natal Massage:
A safe, natural, drug-free way of relieving the aches and pains of pregnancy.  Alleviates stress on weight bearing joints, eases pressure and pain in the nervous system including the sciatic nerve.

European Facial:
Rejuvenate  your face with a deep cleansing, exfoliating, and multi-vitamin mask treatment.  Session includes steam, hot towels and massage on hands and feet.  Pressure point massage on head and face help relieve sinus and frontal headaches.

Reflexology:
Pressure is applied to specific points on feet and hands.  Also includes aromatherapy, footbath and lower leg massage.  Great for arthritic pain sufferers.

Specialty Services:

Couples Massage ~ A relaxing escape!  Session includes therapeutic Swedish massage and soft music in a romantic candle lit room for two.  Fresh fruit and sparkling cider offered at end of session.
